Michele Schina, a dynamic leader and visionary entrepreneur, owns three successful companies supporting clients across the United States and beyond. With over 30 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Michele began her career at KPMG LLP, a global accounting firm, where she advanced to Senior Auditing Manager working on diverse clients in various industries.

Inspired by her passion to help entrepreneurs, small- to mid-sized businesses and the next generation to succeed, Michele first founded Schina and Associates CPA, a concierge consulting, accounting and tax firm transforming the accounting profession. Beyond Strategy Partners was a seamless addition to fuel Michele’s commitment to the business community.

Michele's overarching goal is to build the wealth of entrepreneurs, especially women. As the chairwoman of NAWBO's Next Generation of Women Business Owners Committee, she contributes to the success of women-led businesses. Michele is the 2022 award recipient of the NAWBO Susan Hager Legacy Award. Michele is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.

She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey. She is certified in the One Page Business Plan System Methodology. Michele resides in Ocean City, New Jersey with her partner Tom. Between them, they have three children and two grandchildren.
