Chief Strategy Officer

Megan is a business strategist who has been a management consultant, training and development leader, and executive leadership coach for most of her career. Megan’s passion lies in the areas of team and leader development aligning with company strategy. Her management consulting career started with a boutique consulting firm focused on the steel industry where she worked with major North American steel manufacturers.

She then moved to Ernst & Young and had the opportunity to work in the functional areas of strategic performance improvement; development of a methodology to integrate people, process and technology; and creating learning products for staff and client professional development. She also had the opportunity to work on a global scale during a secondment to the Ernst & Young Moscow office for one year.

Megan then worked in a family-owned consulting firm focused on elevating performance in the small to mid-sized business sector, later becoming the owner/operator of that firm.

Currently, Megan spends her time working with company owners/leaders to define and implement strategies that enable peak performance and growth.

Development of next generation leaders is a personal passion of hers, and Megan runs multiple leader development programs within client companies. Megan has her MBA and is certified in Leadership Development, DISC, the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and the One Page Business Plan System Methodology. Additionally, Megan currently serves as a Director and an Officer on the Board of NAWBO. Megan resides in Cleveland, Ohio with her husband. They have three grown children.
